Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy

Icon Steel Trading LLC takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We act professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate.

What is prohibited

Employees, agents, contractors and partners acting on behalf of Icon Steel must not offer, promise, give, request or accept any bribe, kickback or other improper advantage - whether financial or otherwise - to influence a business decision.

Gifts and hospitality

Modest, customary business gifts and hospitality are permitted where they are transparent, proportionate and lawful. Cash gifts, in any amount, are never acceptable.

Reporting concerns

Anyone who suspects a breach of this policy can report it confidentially to management at info@iconsteel.co. We do not retaliate against good-faith reporting.

Consequences of breach

Breaches of this policy will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
